I worked with the Executive Communications team at Qualcomm and the stage crews in concepting the layouts and going through 3 rounds of deliverables and adjusted content throughout the process, all the way to delivery on stage, which was a fun, giant-sized screen as shown below.

One of the more difficult requests (but no that uncommon) came in the weekend before the event. The President of Qualcomm requested a "Money Slide" on Friday morning after rehearsing. The director jumped on a call with us where we concepted it together and then I worked up the visuals and reviewed it again later that day. Then we spent the weekend finishing it off as well as the rest of the deck for Monday morning review and final delivery that night. The "money slide" is the slide 5th down on the left titled "mmWave", which features four scenes, each with looping videos in the phones and small tidbits of technology popping up, showing how much mmWave would enable all of our life experiences to happen all at once.
